Privacy Policy

NeiroPeople INC. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NeiroPeople service at https://neiropeople.com and https://you.neiropeople.com (the "Service"): an AI digital twin that helps you with tasks in chat after you connect accounts you choose.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect
•             Account data: email, hashed password, name, language, country, and preferences.
•             Connected accounts: if you link a service (Google, Telegram, and others), we receive the data needed to run the features you request. For Google this can include Gmail messages, Calendar events, and Google Drive / Docs / Sheets files (see section 9).
•             Chat and twin data: messages you send the twin, generated replies, and personalization derived from those interactions.
•             Usage data: device type, approximate location from IP, and product analytics.
•             Payment data: handled by processors such as Stripe or YooKassa; we store transaction IDs and subscription status, not full card numbers.

2. How we use information
•             Create your account and AI twin.
•             Carry out tasks you request (for example read or send email, manage calendar, create or edit documents).
•             Personalize the twin (style and preferences from your chats).
•             Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
•             Process payments and prevent abuse.
•             Comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

3. Where data is stored and who processes it
OAuth tokens and account records are stored on our servers, encrypted at rest. Chat content and connected-account content that you ask the twin to use may be processed by infrastructure and AI model providers solely to fulfill your request. We do not sell this data to marketers.
Analytics tools (for example Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel, or similar) may process usage data as described in their policies.

4. Sharing
We share data only with:
•             service providers that host or process the Service (including AI models used to answer you);
•             payment processors;
•             authorities if required by law;
•             people you invite, if you share a twin link (limited version you control).


5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypt sensitive tokens. No method is 100% secure. Use a strong password and disconnect integrations you no longer need.

6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You may request deletion at support@neiropeople.com. Backups are removed within 30 days after deletion. You can disconnect Google in NeiroPeople settings; tokens are then removed from the live account. You can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7. Your rights
Email support@neiropeople.com to access, correct, or delete your data. EU/UK (GDPR): you may also object, restrict processing, or request portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California (CCPA): we do not sell personal information.

8. Children
The Service is for users 18 and older.

9. Google user data (Limited Use)
If you connect Google to NeiroPeople, we access only what is needed for features you use:
•             Sign-in: email and name, to create or find your NeiroPeople account.
•             Gmail: read messages when you ask to check or search mail; send messages when you ask to send or reply. We may use Gmail push notifications for new mail you chose to watch.
•             Google Calendar: list calendars, read timezone, and create, update, or delete events when you ask.
•             Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets: find and read files you name or link; create or edit files you ask the twin to produce.
Limited Use: Google user data is used only to provide and improve these user-facing NeiroPeople features. We do not use it to serve ads, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to run the feature you requested (hosting and the AI model that processes that request). We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or ML models. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
