Privacy Policy

NeiroPeople INC. ("we", "us", "our") operates NeiroPeople at https://neiropeople.com and https://you.neiropeople.com: an AI assistant (digital twin) that performs tasks you request in chat after you connect accounts.
1. Information we collect
• Account: email, hashed password, name, language, country, preferences.
• In-app chat: messages you type in NeiroPeople (not Google data unless you ask us to fetch
it in that request).
• Connected services: only if you connect them. Google is described in section 8.
• Usage: device type, IP, product events (pages opened, buttons). This is separate from
Gmail/Drive/Calendar content.
• Payments: processors (Stripe, YooKassa); we store transaction IDs and subscription status.
2. How we use non-Google information
Account, in-app chat, and usage data: to run your account, answer in chat, personalize the twin from what you type in NeiroPeople, payments, security, and product analytics.
3. Sharing (non-Google)
We do not sell personal information. We use hosting, payment processors, and (for usage events only) analytics such as Yandex Metrica or Meta Pixel. We do not send Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, or Sheets content to those analytics tools.
4. Security, retention, rights
HTTPS and encryption of OAuth tokens. Data kept while the account is active. Delete or disconnect via the app or support@neiropeople.com. EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA rights apply; we do not sell personal information. Service is for users 18+. Backups removed within 30 days after deletion.

8. Google user data (Limited Use) — this is the only use
If you connect Google, we access data solely to provide these user-facing features when you ask in NeiroPeople chat:
• Sign-in: email and name to create or find your account.
• Gmail: list/read messages you ask to check; send mail you ask to send; optional new-mail
alerts you enable.
• Calendar: show events and create/update/delete events you request.
• Drive, Docs, Sheets: find/read files you name or link; create/edit files you request.
We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. In particular we do not use Gmail, Calendar,
Drive, Docs, or Sheets data for advertising, remarketing, Google Analytics, Yandex/Meta analytics, selling or bartering data, training generalized AI/ML models, or building the twin’s general personality/profile. Twin personalization uses only what you type in NeiroPeople chat, not your Google mailbox or Drive.
Google user data is processed only to complete the requested feature (including a model call for that request). It is not transferred except as needed for that feature. You can disconnect Google in NeiroPeople settings and at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date above will change.
