- Payment Data: Handled by processors (e.g., Stripe); we see only transaction IDs.

- To create and personalize your digital twin (e.g., analyzing connected data for responses).
- To process tasks (e.g., sending messages via integrated services).
- For Service improvement (anonymized usage stats).
- To comply with laws or prevent harm.
3. Data Processing Consent
- You consent to automated processing of your data, including profiling for personalization (e.g., learning from chats to mimic your style).
- Processing is necessary for the Service; you can withdraw consent via settings (this may limit functionality).
- No sensitive data (e.g., health) is processed without explicit consent.

- Data retained while your account is active. Delete your account to erase everything.
- Backups deleted within 30 days.

- Access, correct, or delete your data via support@neiropeople.com.
- For EU users (GDPR): Rights to object, restrict processing, or data portability.
- For CA users (CCPA): Opt-out of "sales" (we don't sell data).
8. Changes
