Welcome to NeiroPeople INC. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services ("Service"), including creating and using your digital twin for automating daily tasks. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- You grant us permission to access connected accounts (e.g., Telegram, Gmail) solely to enable your digital twin's functions. We do not store passwords or data centrally—all data remains on your private server.
- The digital twin may perform actions on your behalf (e.g., sending messages, placing orders), but you are responsible for all actions and any resulting consequences.
- Prohibited uses: illegal activities, spam, harming others, or violating third-party terms (e.g., no automated scraping without permission).
- Sharing your digital twin: You control who accesses it via links. We are not liable for interactions or shared content.

2. AI Disclosure and Risks
- The Service uses AI to create and operate your digital twin, which learns from your interactions and connected data to personalize responses and actions.
- AI may make errors, provide inaccurate advice, or perform unintended actions. Use at your own risk—we do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose (e.g., financial, medical, or legal advice).
- You acknowledge AI decisions are automated and may involve profiling based on your data. We mitigate risks by limiting sensitive actions (e.g., requiring confirmation for purchases over a threshold).
- No liability for losses from AI use; consult professionals for critical decisions.

3. Payments and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions start after a 3-day free trial. Cancel anytime via settings.
- We use secure payment processors; you authorize recurring charges.
- Refunds only for technical issues within 7 days.

4. Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your data and twin's personalization.
- We own the Service and AI technology. You grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve the Service.

5. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
- Upon termination, your data is deleted, but shared twins may persist if accessed by others.

6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party actions.
- Total liability limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law
- Governed by laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.

8. Changes
- We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance.
